This Policy applies to all items purchased directly from our website Lolas Ecom Pvt. Ltd. www.lolas.shop the policy is subject to change. Hence, please visit our store policies page.

To ensure a hassle free shopping soiree, please read the following policies carefully. We always ensure to provide the best quality product for customer satisfaction. In the event of an unsatisfactory experience the following shall be applicable:

  1. Our garments are all on a made to order basis. We ensure our best to deliver you a product of the highest quality. However, in case of any extreme sizing/fitting issues, we can exchange the product. The same needs to be informed to us within 24 hours of receiving the order otherwise the request shall not be entertained. Courier charges will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer. We do not offer any refunds.
  2. Customised/Made-to-Order: merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns or exchange on customised/made to order merchandise (The orders that are specifically made according to your specifications, measurements, colour or design)
  3. All exchange merchandise must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted & invoice will not be accepted.
  4. Lolas Ecom Pvt. Ltd. shall accept the exchange of the product only once for a single product in exchange of a different size. Lolas Ecom Pvt. Ltd. shall not entertain multiple exchanges for a single product.
  5. No Cancellation: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Once an order placed cannot be cancelled.
  6. Sale: In the event of sale, products once sold are considered final purchases and they cannot be exchanged or returned.
  7. The Exchange Process: The exchange process is a simple method, please bring it to companies notice within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can contact our customer support via WhatsApp or Email. Please have the below information ready before you call customer care or mention the same in the email; Order Number or Registered Email ID or Phone number. There after you can drop or courier the package back to us at the address: 22, Udyog Vihar Phase 1 - Gurugram, Haryana 122016
  8. The Shipping charges incase of any cancellation are to be borne by the customer.

  • We do not offer any returns or exchanges on accessories. We have a strict policy of no exchange, no return & no refund for accessories.
  • No return & no exchange on sale items.
  • Easy 7 Days exchange. We do not offer paid postage exchanges. Inacse of size exchange the postage cost has to be borne by the customer on both ends. If you have any questions, please be sure to reach out to teamlolasdelhi@gmail.com

How To Exchange (For India Only):

To start an exchange, please contact us at teamlolasdelhi@gmail. with the email used to make the purchase and your order number.

If the exchange is accepted, we will give you the destination address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange cannot be accepted.

Once we have received the exchange item(s), we will dispatch the new size or style and ship it to you.

Cost of delivery for returns / exchange sent to Lolas, cost of shipping for the product is to be borne by customer

We currently do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on international orders.
